Assembly Bill 2314 (Ting and Gonzalez Fletcher) – Domestic Enforcement Pilot Program
CWLC supports AB 2314, which would create the Domestic Work Enforcement Pilot Program at the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. The Pilot Program would increase awareness and enforcement of existing laws while promoting higher standards in the domestic work industry.
