Amy Poyer, Senior Staff Attorney for the California Women’s Law Center, was recently interviewed by ABC 10 San Diego about the Vista Unified School District Title IX athletics settlement involving female athletes at Vista High School. The girls’ softball team had inferior facilities, equipment, scheduling, promotion, and participation gap in comparison to the boys’ baseball team and other boys’ sports throughout the school.
