Oracle Amicus Brief & Appendix

Some good news for pay equity: a CA court is allowing a class of more than 4000 women who are former Oracle employees to move forward with a gender pay discrimination lawsuit. CWLC proudly signed on to a related amicus brief last month. Read the brief and its appendix below.

Pay Data Collection Letter to the EEOC

CWLC has submitted comments to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), urging the federal government to continue collecting pay data.
